Bridge To Literacy
Bridge to Literacy is a global movement that unites community development organizations with the NABU team towards a common goal: to eradicate illiteracy and empower children to thrive. We invite community-based organizations, NGOs, government agencies, foundations, and schools to apply to be BTL partners and co-design replicable programs that will improve literacy in your local communities.
Over the course of several months, we will work with BTL partners to test, monitor and refine literacy activities, and we will provide microgrants where needed to kick-start the work. Please fill out the form below, and a member of our team will be in touch with you soon!
As a literacy partner, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and communities, with the support of NABU awarded microgrants. Together, we can turn the page on illiteracy and write a brighter future for all.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR GIFT
NABU is free for children, families, and teachers, thanks to our generous donors. Your donation can make a big difference:
- $25 monthly subscription for one child: Provide access to the NABU app and hundreds of bilingual books for a child and their family
- $45 monthly subscription for one classroom: Gift NABU to a teacher for use in their classrooms to support student learning
- $1,500 to publish a children's book: Support our professional development initiatives, training local artists to create culturally relevant stories for children in their communities, with translations into 25 languages
- $5,000 to sponsor a country-wide children's radio program:Expand our impact through storytelling radio programs across an entire country
